A York estate agency has won gold thanks to its “exceptional customer service”.
Indigo Greens was awarded gold for Regional Agency of the Year: Yorkshire & The Humber at The Negotiator Awards 2025.
Judged by leading industry experts, it’s recognised as one of the highest honours in the UK property sector.
Indigo Greens, based on James Street, stood out in what judges described as one of the most competitive years to date.
The judging panel said: “Indigo Greens has made its mark as a small, passionate, independent agency that has worked tirelessly to secure its position as a multi-award-winning player in the York property market.
“Known for delivering exceptional customer service, the agency’s dedication to nurturing young talent is commendable. Smart use of technology to enhance client services allows it to compete effectively with larger regional competitors.”
Indigo Greens director Emma Brownbridge described the award as a significant achievement for the team.

The annual event, considered a benchmark for estate and letting agency excellence, took place at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane.
Hosted by comedian Marcus Brigstocke, this year’s ceremony attracted a record number of entries across 35 categories, with more than 140 agencies and suppliers receiving awards.
Looking ahead to 2026, the Indigo Greens team is committed to raising the bar even further, continuing to shape a more modern, client-focused and community-centred approach to estate agency across York.
