A second man has been arrested and then released on conditional police bail by police investigating a allegation of rape in York.
It happened on Bar Lane at around 10pm on Tuesday 16 June.
Enquiries are ongoing. Another man who was arrested was released without charge.
The victim is a woman. She is receiving specialist support whilst the investigation continues.
In the meantime, witnesses or anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam footage are urged to come forward.
