Police are hunting for a burglar who stole items from a York home early today (Friday).
It happened on Shipton Street between 11pm on Thursday (5 January) and 4.30am today (6 January).
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “An offender entered a property and stole a number of items.
“We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.”
