Firefighters have been tackling a large fire in York.
Crews from Acomb and Huntington stations were called out to the blaze on Wigginton Road at 4.26pm today (Saturday).
There they found a large quantity of timber and rubbish on fire.
The blaze had spread to adjacent woodland and trees.
Crews doused the flames with hosereel jets.
