An injured woman was rescued from a toilet in York last night.
Firefighters were called to the incident on Piccadilly at 9.22pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “York crews assisted paramedics with gaining entry to a restroom door to treat a patient with head injuries at a commercial property.
“Crews gained access using small tools, and a female was taken to hospital via road ambulance suffering head injuries.”
