Fire crews, paramedics and the Swaledale Mountain Rescue Team helped a woman who fell onto rocks at the popular Aysgarth Falls in North Yorkshire over the weekend.
Crews from Hawes and Bedale, alongside the fire service water rescue teams from Richmond and Ripon responded.
They discovered her, unable to move, in the water at the bottom of a steep slope.
Crews used special equipment to get down an embankment. Under medical guidance from the ambulance service, they were able to get her out of the water and onto a longboard.
Ladders were then used to navigate safely up the embankment and into the hands of paramedics.
She was taken to hospital by a road ambulance.
