A woman who was injured in a crash last month has died, North Yorkshire Police said today (Thursday).
It happened at around 3.14pm on Tuesday 27 January on Holme Lane, at the junction with Bridge Road, in Sutton-in-Craven near Skipton.
A woman pedestrian hurt in the collision has now died of her injuries. She was named today as Tricia (Patricia) Davies, née Curtin, aged 51.
Crash location
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Our thoughts remain with Tricia’s family who have asked for privacy at this time to allow them to grieve.”
The crash involved a white Toyota Prius and a black BMW X5. The drivers of the Toyota and BMW were uninjured and are assisting the investigation.
At the time, officers thanked the members of the public who stopped to help at the scene of the incident and they continue to appeal for any witnesses including any motorists with dashcam footage to get in touch if they have done already.
