A man was injured in an incident in York early this morning (Monday).
He was taken to hospital with lacerations after emergency services were called to an address on Kirkcroft, Wigginton.
A woman has been arrested.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The ambulance service contacted us at 3.23am this morning to request our attendance at an address in the Wigginton area of York.
“An altercation had taken place between two people prior to officers arriving.
“One man required hospital treatment for three lacerations to his arm.
“A woman aged in her 30s was arrested on suspicion of assault. She currently remains in police custody. “
