Firefighters were called to a two-car crash in North Yorkshire yesterday evening (Sunday).
Crews were called to the collision at Fylingdales at 4.49pm.
They found a woman aged 96 trapped in one of the cars.
Firefighters used hydraulic cutters to remove two doors and rescue the woman.
She was then treated by paramedics and taken to hospital with neck pain.
