A biker has died and two people are still in hospital with serious injuries following crash in North Yorkshire
Emergency services were called to the B6255 between Ingleton and Hawes at about 11:45 BST on Saturday, to the incident which involved two motorbikes..
North Yorkshire Police said the rider of a BMW motorcycle, a man in his 60s from Lancashire, was pronounced dead while the rider and the passenger of a Honda motorcycle were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The road was closed for nearly ten hours. It reopened at 9.30pm.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who was driving in the area at the time and may have witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage that could assist our investigation.”
