A train has hit an obstruction on the line between Leeds and Harrogate this afternoon.
All tracks were closed while engineers carried out an inspection of the train and the rail line.
The lines have now reopened but you are warned of delays til later this evening between York and Leeds via Cattal and Harrogate.
