An investigation is underway after a fuel theft at a service station near York.
It happened at the Coastways Service Station on the A64 at Flaxton between 12.30am and 3am in the early hours of Friday (13 March).
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “A fuel tanker may have been involved in the theft.

“We want to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time – particularly with relevant dashcam footage, or anyone who saw a tanker or convoy of vehicles, or any suspicious activity.”
