The unique food, event and retail space on Piccadilly has brought together eight of its independent street food traders to launch Spark 7 this week – a midweek menu of budget-friendly food for £7 or less.
This special midweek menu will be on offer every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12pm to 9pm featuring a curated selection of dishes such as authentic Greek eats and wood-fired sourdough pizza.

- Strips, Chips and Dip from Junk Soul Smothered (£5.50) – crispy vegan Chickn strips, seasoned fries and dipping sauce
- Onion Bhaji’s from Sarras (£6) – finely sliced onion smothered in a simple, fragrantly spiced batter and fried
- Classic Labneh Sandwich from Waqif Arabian (£6.95) – traditional Arabian naan stuffed with creamy labneh, mint, pickled wild cucumbers, olives, tomato, sumac, and fries
- Falafel and Houmous from Sasa Greek (£6.50) – authentic falafel and homemade hummus
- Bruschetta Pomodoro from Tiro Sicilian (£6) – house Bruschetta Pomodoro
- Mac & Cheese from Clucking Oinks (£5) – house made Mac & Cheese topped with crispy onions & freshly grated parmesan & Corn Ribs from Clucking Oinks (£5) – vegan corn ribs with sriracha butter, coriander, spring onions & Tajin
- Light Burrito Bowl from Vovó Cantina (£6.50) – a meat-free taster bowl with confit garlic rice, black beans in adobo, corn, and fresh pico de gallo
- Pizzette from Rad Pizza Shop (£6) – perfectly sized pizzette from wood-fired sourdough pie pros
And of you’re looking for a bargain beverage to wash it all down with, PicTap Lager from Piccadilly Tap at £3.90 is available all day, every day.
