On Sunday (May 17) Haxby 10K is being held with road closures starting at 8.30am and ending at 11am across the town.
City of York Council say that Oaken Grove, Moor Lane, Crossmoor Lane, Usher Lane, Haxby Moor Road, Usher Park Road, Swarthdale and Whitelands Cottage will all be closed during this period.
Starting at 9.30am, the 10-kilometre route does not directly pass through the centre of the town, but will be to the north of the town.
It starts and finishes at Oaken Grove Community Centr
