Police have traced a driver who collided with a bike ridden by a child in York.
They issued an appeal to find them after the incident on York Road, Haxby, on Thursday, 6 February.

Today (Monday), North Yorkshire Police issued this update: “As a result of our appeal, the driver has been traced.
“Thank you to everyone who shared the appeal or came forward with information.
“The boy was thankfully not seriously injured and after a visit to hospital was discharged home.”
