Good news – a girl who was missing from her home in Thorpe Willoughby has been found and is back home.
Police launched an appeal to find the 12-year-old girl after she was last seen at her home in the village at about 11am today (Friday).
At 7.41pm tonight they issued an update: “A 12-year-old girl missing from her home in Thorpe Willoughby, near Selby, has been found safe and well.
“Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal to locate her.”
