Police in York have issued an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an investigation into number of stalking offences.
The incidents happened on Clarence Street in York in February and March 2026.
Officers say: “We’re particularly appealing for information about the man pictured in the image as we believe that he may have information that can help our investigation.
“If you recognise him or have any information that could help with our investigation, please email [email protected] or call 101 and ask for Benjamin Portwine.”
