There’s a police incident in York tonight (Thursday).
It’s on Beaconsfield Street in Acomb.
The street has been closed off. In a message shared at 11.40pm, North Yorkshire Police said: “We are currently dealing with an ongoing incident on Beaconsfield Street in the Acomb area of York.

“Please avoid the area.”
