Police are hunting for a man after an incident on a street involving a woman and small child.
It happened at about 11.30am on Thursday (12 February) on Fewster Way off Fishergate in York.
The woman was walking with the child when she was approached by a drunk man

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The male reportedly displayed aggressive and intimidating behaviour and attempted to block the female’s path.
“Fortunately, the victim and her child were able to leave the scene unharmed.”
The man was white, and wearing a grey tracksuit and a black baseball cap.
Police are asking anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage on Fewster Way to check their footage.
“We are looking for any footage that may have captured the suspect or the incident itself. Even a small detail could be vital to the investigation,” the spokesperson said.
