Emergency services were called when two people were spotted on scaffolding in York city centre last night (Tuesday).
Police and a fire crew went to Coney Street at 8.39pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “York crews responded to assist police with two people climbing on scaffolding on Coney Street.
“Both individuals were in care of police upon fire service arrival.”
