Emergency services were called to an incident in Norton today (Tuesday).
A number of police vehicles and an ambulance was sent to the incident on Commercial Street.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: ““At 11.07am today we were contacted by the Ambulance Service regarding a concern for safety incident at an address on Commercial Street, Norton.
“Officers attended the location and assisted before the individual was left in the care of the Ambulance Service.”
A Yorkshire Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “Ambulance resources responded to a concern for safety incident at a property on Commercial Street, Norton on Tuesday morning. No further details are available.”
