One man got so badly stuck in the mud that he had to call North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service to rescue him.
Crews from York and Acomb were called out to Tang Hall Beck next to Fifth Avenue at 8.37pm last night (Wednesday).

Firefighters used “lighting and crew power” to assist the man to safety.
