A man has been charged with outraging public decency and sexual assault on a 14-year-old girl in Scarborough.
The incident happened on Huntriss Row in Scarborough between 7.30pm and 8pm on Tuesday.
It is alleged that Michail Kirilov, 37, of Cambridge Street, Scarborough, exposed himself and sexually touched the girl.

He was arrested, charged, and remanded to appear at York Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday 5 February).
Kirilov pleaded not guilty and a trial has been set for 2 April at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court.
In the meantime, he has been remanded in custody ahead of a bail application hearing at York Magistrates’ Court on 13 February.
