Police in York are searching for the owner of a Moma pedal cycle.
Yesterday morning (Thursday 05 December) the bike was left locked up outside ‘Ate O’Clock’ by the owner.
At 7:30 am a man was seen breaking the lock before stealing the cycle. A short time later officers arrested a man in his 40s on suspicion of cycle theft. He has since been released on conditional bail to allow officers to conduct further enquiries.
The cycle is currently in storage.
