Gerald the Cat painting set to be unveiled at the end of the month at York Gin

The famous ‘Minster Cat’ will be remembered in a special work of art which will be unveiled on 31st March at York station.

The painting has been commissioned by Gerald’s owner, Justine Spencer, and the portrait has been done by the artist Rob Martin, who has painted other cats including the one at Huddersfield Station.

Rob also made the film about Purpleman, York’s well known street artist and fundraiser.
