Five fire crews were called out to an incident in York city centre this lunchtime.
Crews from York, Acomb, Tadcaster, Easingwold and Harrogate responded to reports of a fire in a retail premises on Davygate at 12.08pm today (Saturday).
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “This was a small fire to food produce in the oven, which was out on arrival. Crews inspected only.”
