Firefighters came to the rescue of three young people last night.
An Acomb crew were responded to their distress call at 7.17pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crew from Acomb used a triple extension ladder to assist three youths from a park after they had been inadvertently locked inside when the park was shut up for the night.”
