A fire crew from Selby responded to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision at 6:57pm yesterday – 16 November.
The occupant suffered superficial cuts and bruises and was taken to hospital via road ambulance.
Crews extinguished a small fire, where the engine had been thrown from the car, and a spark from the fuel had ignited the undergrowth.
