All the emergency services were called to a crash on the A64 yesterday evening (Tuesday).
It happened at about 5.20pm on the eastbound A64 in the Bilbrough area.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A Tadcaster crew attended to assist with a single vehicle road traffic collision involving a van.
“The driver was out of the vehicle on crew’s arrival, being checked by paramedics on scene. Fire and rescue crew carried out scene safety.”
