Emergency services went to a crash south of York this morning (Thursday).
They were called to the incident on Wheldrake Lane at 4.17am.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “York and Acomb’s crew were mobilised on behalf of police to assist with a single vehicle road traffic collision.

“On the arrival of crews, police stood us down stating that there was no fire service requirement at the incident.”
