Two fire crews were called to a fire in a York home this morning (Saturday)
They went to the incident on Evelyn Crescent at 6.01am.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from York and Acomb responded to a report of an air fryer on fire in a residential property.

“The fire had been extinguished by a sprinkler system and was out on arrival of the crews.”
