Car rolls over in crash on main North Yorkshire road

Emergency services were called to a two-car crash on a main North Yorkshire road last night.

They were called at 6.14pm to the incident on the A63 Selby Bypass.

The crash involved a Vauxhall and a Volvo.

A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “The Volvo had rolled, and come to rest on all four wheels in the carriageway.

“All occupants of the vehicles were out on arrival of crews and uninjured.  Crews relocated the vehicle and made the scene safe.

“The incident was left with the police. Crews used strops and a winch to deal with the incident.”
