Police are trying to trace a driver who collided with a boy cycling home from school in York.
It happened at 3.30pm on Thursday on York Road, Haxby.
A silver car collided with a bike ridden by a 12-year-old boy.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The vehicle did not stop at the scene, but a wing mirror was left behind.
“It is silver in colour, possibly from a Mercedes.
“The boy was thankfully not seriously injured and after a visit to hospital was discharged home.”
