Police are investigating the theft of a turquoise – green TREK Allant 5 E-Bike that was taken from outside the front of the Co-oP store on Beckfield Lane in York the early evening of 21/05/2026.
The bike is distinctive looking and was taken by a male youth aged 14-16 years old in black bottoms and a black hooded jacket. The bike has the frame / serial number – SWTU170DH0222U.
Police are appealing for any witness’s, local residents with CCTV or drivers with Dashcam footage of the bike being taken or anyone with knowledge of the bike or anyone who may have been offered it for sale to please make contact as below.
Meantime, only days earlier on 17/05/2026, there was also the theft of a black CUBE Stereo MTB taken from the banks of the Rawcliffe Lake in York the early evening.
The bike is distinctive looking and has red bar grips fitted. Police are appealing for any witness’s, local residents with CCTV or drivers with Dashcam footage of the bike being taken or anyone with knowledge of the bike or anyone who may have been offered it for sale to please make contact as below.
