A woman was sexually assaulted in Acomb, York – and police believe there are likely to be witnesses to the crime.
It happened on Saturday, 8 November at around 1am on York Road.
A man and a woman had an altercation in a vehicle, and then in the street, when the assault happened.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The man is thought to have made himself obvious by his displayed behaviour, and it is believed that a resident on York Road was receiving a delivery at the time.
“It is hoped that the resident and the delivery driver may have witnessed the incident.”
