A search for a York man who hadn’t returned from a trip away has ended successfully.
Police appealed for the public’s help to find the 24-year-old man after he was last seen at about 1pm on Monday (24 June) at the railway station in Chorley.
He failed to return to York when expected.
Tonight, North Yorkshire Police gave this update: “Earlier today (Tuesday 2 July) we issued an appeal to find a missing 24-year-old man from York, last seen in Chorley.
“We are pleased to report that he has now been found safe. Thank you to everyone who has shared our appeal. “
