Police say a man who was missing from home in York has been found.
The 38-year-old man had not been at his home since 4pm on Sunday.
Since then he had been seen at 9pm yesterday (Monday) in Thornton Le Dale, and it was thought he may have been in the rural areas of Thornton Le Dale, Whitby or Scarborough.
Tonight North Yorkshire Police issued this update: “We’re very pleased to report that the missing 38-year-old man from York has been found safe and well.
“Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal that we posted this afternoon.”
