Police who issued an urgent appeal to find two teenagers missing from the Selby area say they have been found.
Officers issued photos and descriptions of the pair – a boy aged 15 and a girl aged 14 – and said they might have travelled to York by bus.
North Yorkshire Police issued this update on Friday afternoon (19 July): “The missing teenagers, a boy aged 15 and a girl aged 14 reported missing from Selby on Thursday 18 July, have been found safe and well.
“Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal. “
