Two arrested after Selby pub worker attacked

A member of staff had to go to hospital after being attacked at a Selby pub.

It happened at the Blackamoor Head on Finkle Street at 3.50am on Saturday (7 September).

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The victim received facial injuries which required hospital treatment.

“Two men aged 36 and 39 were arrested and bailed whilst our investigation continues.

“We’re particularly appealing for information from anyone who was in the pub at the time and witnessed the incident.”
