Police are appealing for information after a teenager was attacked on a York street.
It happened on Water Lane in Clifton at about 3.55pm last Wednesday, 16 October.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The victim, a 15-year-old boy was approached by a group of people before been subject to a physical and verbal assault by a member of the group.”
Incident location
His attacker is described as
- white
- about 15-16 years old
- between 5ft 6in and 5ft 8in tall
- and of slim build.
He had short dark hair with a fringe and stubble above his top lip and was wearing a dark tracksuit.
The assailant was with two other teenagers. There was a girl with blonde hair who was wearing all grey, and a boy with blond hair who was wearing a dark jacket with white T-shirt underneath.
