A road in Selby has reopened following a serious crash.
Scott Road was cordoned off by police.
Several police vans and ambulances went to the scene.
At 11.45am, roads policing Sgt Paul Cording said on X: “Scott Road in Selby is currently closed between the Leisure Centre & Flaxley Road due to a serious RTC.
“Please avoid the area whilst emergency services deal.”
He issued this update at 12.29pm: “Scott Road in Selby has reopened following earlier RTC but traffic is still very heavy in the area.”
