The last confirmed sighting of Neil was in Northallerton on 7 December 2025 and officers say they are growing very concerned for his welfare.
Neil is described as white with brown hair, around 6ft tall and walks with a stick. He is of medium build and wears glasses.
It is not known what he was wearing when he was last seen or what he may be wearing now, however he usually wears jeans and a padded green coat with stitching in a diamond pattern.
Neil is likely to have travelled on public transport and may have links to Darlington.
