Police who were searching for three teenagers have issued a very welcome update.
They were concerned for the welfare of the trio, aged 14, 15 and 16.
The three were thought to be together and police issued an urgent appeal to find them on Tuesday night.
Early on Wednesday morning, a North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Three teenagers missing from York have been found safe and well.
“Officers are grateful to everyone who supported the search.”
