Police have issued a CCTV image after vandals attacked a York GP surgery.
It happened at Park View Surgery on Millfield Avenue at around 3.30am yesterday (Wednesday).
The glass in the front door of the doctors’ surgery was smashed.
A picture of the smashed door was shared on X by Dr Abbie Brooks, one of the GP partners at the surgery which is part of Priory Medical Group.
She said: “This was how my day started, can only get better right.”
Dr Brooks added: “We’re all fine – thanks to the police for their quick attendance.
“The glazing company did a cracking job in making the door safe.
“Thanks to our patients for happily using the back door.
“Reception teams dealing with abuse and vandalism up and down the country.”
Officers are asking people to get in touch if they recognise the man in the CCTV image or know where he can be located.
