Emergency services were called out late last night (Saturday) after youths were spotted on a roof in York city centre.
They were seen on CCTV on a roof of a property in Davygate.
Police called in the fire service at 10.23pm to help them search the rooftop.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Full search carried out – no persons present.”
