Police called on the fire service to help during an incident in The Groves, York, yesterday (Tuesday).
Firefighters were called to Lowther Street at 5.17pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Tadcaster crews were requested to assist police with gaining entry to a domestic property.
“Crews gained access and incident was then left with the police.”
