North Yorkshire Police have charged a man with a series of sexual abuse offences against children.
The man, who’s 58 and from the Northallerton area will appear in court next week.
The allegations stem from more than ten years ago.
The charges include:
- One count of sexual assault on a boy
- One count of an adult inciting sexual activity with a boy aged 13 to 17 with penetration
- Three counts of an adult inciting sexual activity with a boy aged 13 to 17 without penetration
- Six counts of adult sexual activity with a boy age 13 to 17.
The defendant is due to appear at York Magistrates’ Court next Wednesday, 26 November, at 2pm.
