A man has been taken to hospital after a serious collision in Knaresborough this lunchtime (Thursday).
Police and ambulance crews are at the scene in the town’s Market Place.
North Yorkshire Police tweeted at 12.39pm: “It happened at about 11am and involved two cars and a pedestrian.
“A man has been taken to hospital.
“Please avoid the area while the emergency services work at the scene.”
