York’s biggest firework display is returns tonight – here’s everything you need to know.

The countdown is almost over until York Autumn Lights returns to Elvington Airfield, in what is set to be a night of fun, fireworks and family entertainment.

Taking place this Monday 27 October from 3pm, there’ll be exciting fire shows, DJ set from iconic children’s TV duo Dick and Dom, and a spectacular fireworks finale.

York Autumn Lights is at Elvington Airfield, on the outskirts of York. Parking is available at Elvington Airfield and free parking is included with your York Autumn Lights ticket.

There will be plenty of food stalls serving hot and cold food, desserts and snacks, as well as two fully stocked bars offering up alcohol, soft drinks, and hot drinks.

Visitors are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks.

There will be two firework displays at this event, with the first display starting at 7:40pm and the final display will start at 9:15pm. Both firework displays are visible from around the venue including hardstanding areas.

Please note that the funfair is not accessible for those with mobility requirements.
