Firefighters went to a gas leak in York last night.
Crews from York and Acomb responded to a report of a carbon dioxide leak in a commercial premises on Goodramgate at 11.50pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Prior to the fire service’s arrival the occupant had isolated the leak and begun ventilating.
“Crews carried out an inspection and gave advice to the occupant.”
